I scheduled my birthday massage here and received one of THE BEST massages of my life from Sherri--perfect for a birthday!! I scheduled 90 minutes relax massage. Sherri washed my feet to start and I think this was a perfect way to start the experience! The entire massage was excellent! All the right oils and touches. Finished with sitting in the sauna after my massage was done. I will definitely go back and schedule with Sherri again! It was amazing! Thank you!!!“

She is friendly, professional and does the most incredible job of any stylist I’ve EVER had….and at 43 years old, I had far too many before I found her. If I could leave 100 stars I would. And ironically, I just happened to be needing a color while visiting Lehi a few years ago, and found Ottalus on Google. I refuse to go anywhere else or to anyone else ever since. Kinsie is what makes the experience but Ottalus as a salon, is truly welcoming and wonderful as well. I can’t make a higher recommendation. Worth every mile driven and every penny spent.“

She is the sweetest person, and I enjoyed my conversation with her during the hour I was there. I highly recommend Sarah!“

Also, they have a truly phenomenal stylist at the helm, leading with a focus on making sure that clients are well cared for. All of the stylists seem very happy, as well, because he genuinely cares about others and leads with kindness, while also ensuring that the business is successful. Such a great guy that we remember from the shop we used to go to in S.Jordan. We will def return!“
