“Everyone here are positive and generally want help you get get your health on track.Trey Loftis is very knowledgeable, skilled and time efficient with all his work. He uses various techniques that have helped with my pain, nausea and headaches and even has increased/activated muscle strength that wasn't there before. He always takes his time to actually listen and apply what he has learned over the years. Trey also explains the 'why' you are experiencing pains/symptoms and sometimes shows particular muscles or points in a book or on a diagram. If something new comes up he is always willing to try it out and always is determined to fix you right up. If there are multiple things that need working on he can always determine what needs working on first. In the end if you need excersizes (like most physical therapists give) I think that he knows just which ones to give as to not irritate the body more. Trey always has a positive attitude and you can always trust that he is not going to 'break' you like some chiropractors do. He works alongside with his colleagues (who I also see) well.Lisa larson is intuitive, knowledgeable and positive. She always listens in what you have to say and listens to the body. She makes my body feel less pain after I see her and definitely has the healing touch. Lisa also has worked on my nerves lifting some headaches and making me feel more relaxed. She has also worked on some of my organs lifting some abdominal pain. We have gotten so far from when I first started seeing her till now.Martha is confident, open minded and extremely knowledgeable in what she does. Every time I see her I am always amazed in what it does to me and the lasting effects. Martha and Tammy (her assistant) are always positive and always listen to what you say what has happened and are always super confident in healing you.Amber is intelligent, patient and can tell almost anything just from your feet. Sometimes its almost like she is reading your mind. Haha.Its not just a foot massage, it helps the entire body (also mentally) and almost is like seeing a psychologist. She has helped me with some difficult things and also has made me feel comfortable with some ptsd. Amber knows just which muscles and or organs need work on from the feet which gets passed onto her colleagues if she doesn't get to fixing it herself to help me with that.Front desk are always helpful and positive especially Colleen. You can make the appointments you want and they take the time to be personable and make you happy.“

“I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience. Well, I have had a couple of shots that hurt but I can't blame the staff for that. I have been here for vaccines, physicals, and the family clinic for insta-care. I have even been here twice for a work med issue. Not me personally. I was the driver for a co-worker. I have never had to wait very long for any service. Every staff member I have encountered was polite, efficient and very helpful. I understand the billing problem but it's an IHC problem system wide. You can thank the previous CEO for that. I heard that he moved the billing dept. from IHC and outsourced to a company out of state that does not do a very good job with billing in a timely manner. I think they need to move it back to Utah. I like this clinic.“

“Had shoulder surgery by Dr. Travis Hendry, Very Professional, he felt I needed to stay in Hospital as I had no one to help me at home. Plus a few other things.... So I did stay, over night in the Hospital.I was treated very well by the staff, the food was really good actually. WOW... It was a great Experience all the way around.Thank You Dr. Hendry, next shoulder Replacement in October after this one heals. I'm very pleased.“

“I used ogden clinic for 9 months they did nothing to treat me. Making me spend thousands of dollars for visits and seeing 4 different doctors including a specialist who had no clue how to treat me I've have 3 doctors visits from tanner clinic and 1 was to file out paper. We have came up with a plan and unlike when I was going to ogden clinic I'm actually healing and we are actually doing something other than "take it easy". Thank you so much!“
“I go to my primary doctor at this U of U clinic, When I go in to my scheduled appointment and say the appointment is for 8am a nurse will come out of the office into the waiting room and call my name within 2 minutes. I keep in touch with the staff there for medication refills, upcoming appointments,on a application called My Chart that they with patients on. They remind me with text message that I have medication to refill and an upcoming appointment and many more things that need to be done for my health maintenance. I don't understand the other complaint reviews I think they must have called or mistook what clinic they went to because one review said the person they called at the Centerville clinic couldn't speak English! If you live in Springville why are you calling a clinic in Centerville? Springville lady was probably talking to a call center not the clinic. I love this clinic always treated well!“

“We had such an incredible experience here the other night. My 5 year-old had the back of her earring EMBEDDED in her ear. I was like this is crazy, there is no way they are going to want to handle this. My daughter was not a happy camper and they were so patient and even though it was a little traumatic for her they handled it so smoothly and professionally. The doctor had her ear numbed in no time and pulled it out as fast as possible saving a lot of stress for my daughter. Very impressed!!“
