Just try to pay in full. They will send you to collections even though you have payment arrangements. Watch your credit. They will screw it up for no reason. They have no competition so they dont care.

Our insurance company paid our bill, but they claimed we still owed AND then served us with a summons to appear in court for non- payment. MULTIPLE attempts to call them were not answered, and NO voicemail messages were returned. After we got PROOF OF PAYMENT BY OUR INSURANCE COMPANY, the lawyer claimed we still owed the money and that they would issue a bench warrant for my husband’s arrest. What in the world??? This is completely unacceptable. Our bill is 100% paid and they are still coming after us. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. If I COULD give them a ZERO review, I would.
