Terrible place and I'm not surprised they're connected to Tanner Clinic, another horrid place. They will send you to collections even when you set up a payment plan. I received a text message demanding payment in Feb and I called and was told to disregard because yes I had a payment plan and those messages go out automatically. I haven't received a text or notice since. Today, in May, I get a collection notice. Despite me faithfully paying on my payment plan. I'm only 2 payments away from having it paid off. I was erroneously charged $110 copay. See attachments.MY NORTH DAVIS ANESTHESIOLOGY ANESTHESIA FOR 10-15-2025 WAS $990 AND MY COPAY WAS REDUCED TO $110 BY NORTH DAVIS ANESTHESIOLOGY. AETNA STATED COPAY IS $0. PLEASE REFUND THE $110.

Just try to pay in full. They will send you to collections even though you have payment arrangements. Watch your credit. They will screw it up for no reason. They have no competition so they dont care.
