Really frustrated with location issues. The doctors evidently move between clinics but that information does not get communicated to the patients. The friendly text reminder message does NOT tell you which location. So ASK about location when you schedule your appointment! Other than that, they're great.
Normally had good experiences here but lately the wait times have been really long. Case in point, I had an appointment and waited in the exam room for an hour without seeing anyone. When I questioned the nursing staff about the delay I got a very unprofessional and bad tempered response from the nurse basically telling me they were busy and I needed to wait my turn. Left without being seen. Hopefully management can address both the scheduling and patient experience issues.
Doctor Williams truly cares about your child. He is very personable and makes sure that your needs and the needs of your baby are met. He is very caring towards our baby girl. We highly recommend him.
