A long wait for the crappiest service. Medical is expensive, take your service where you'll be treated well. this place is a nightmare, & the owner responds to all the negative comments "sorry for the experience, we appreciate your feedback" ! they have 1 star for a reason !!

Dr. Steeley left her practice at the end of 2020, so I was assinged to a PA, I had an appointment with him in January of 2021 and made an annual appointment for January of 2022. During December 2021 I was informed that the PA Gashler had left the clinic and that they had no openings with any other doctors, so I would need to find another doctor. It's hard to find a doctor that will take new patients. My medications are diminished and I have not yet found a new doctor. I called the clinic to ask if another doctor could renew my prescriptions. After checking they called me back and said that since Gashler has left more than 60 days ago, they would not be able to fill my prescriptions due to their internal policy. So even though I had an appointment scheduled for January 2022 that they would not honor with another doctor, I have no way to fill high blood pressure prescriptions from this clinic. They didn't think to inform me when he left, just when my appointment was coming up, saying they were cancelling my appointment and now will not help me out by filling a needed prescription. Not nice.

This clinic is awesome, very clean, very professional. All providers and staff really take care. I am surprised there have not been more positive reviews, I had to leave one! Very grateful for this clinic and all the staff!!
