I greatly appreciate this establishment. The staff is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and genuine. In particular, the young women in the pharmacy feel like family to me. I have never encountered any issues with them; they are consistently courteous and kind.

I go to my primary doctor at this U of U clinic, When I go in to my scheduled appointment and say the appointment is for 8am a nurse will come out of the office into the waiting room and call my name within 2 minutes. I keep in touch with the staff there for medication refills, upcoming appointments,on a application called My Chart that they with patients on. They remind me with text message that I have medication to refill and an upcoming appointment and many more things that need to be done for my health maintenance. I don't understand the other complaint reviews I think they must have called or mistook what clinic they went to because one review said the person they called at the Centerville clinic couldn't speak English! If you live in Springville why are you calling a clinic in Centerville? Springville lady was probably talking to a call center not the clinic. I love this clinic always treated well!

This pharmacy always goes above and beyond for us. When I run out of my son's crucial seizure medication and they get it filled for me on the day of. I feel embarassed that I wasn't more prepared, but they are always kind when I call them up and ask if they can fill it that day. I wan to express my deepest gratitude for how kind and understanding they are.
