“The service is outstanding. Both vets are caring, personal and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything (labs, x-rays, ultrasounds etc) and explained what was happening. They even did a timely follow-up on extra research for the disease state of my dog to see what extra measures could be done. The Vets that we have seen have always been friendly and honestly concerned with the well being of our animals. The staff is friendly and accommodating (to the best of their ability) for scheduling. They stay busy and I have seen several repeat customers, I don't see how they can be that bad... See them once for your self, esp Doctor Palmer and then decide...“

“Years ago my beloved horse became sick with something now called “pigeon fever”. He had a severe case that went on for 2 yrs. Scott tried everything he could think of and was constantly having to remove abcesses the size of baseballs, full of pus from Blitz’s chest. He tried every antibiotic and procedure only to have it come back after the treatment. Scott NEVER gave up. Eventually he called California where they were having many cases. (Blitz was only the 2nd in Utah). He gave him a course of Rafampin (a drug used on human TB patients) that would penetrate the abscess walls so that the heavy antibiotics could get in and do their job. The cost of a horse dose for that long was $2,000. Scott got it for $800.00. Scott never gave up-even when I almost did. I’ve had many horses in my life, but Blitz was that one-the one I connected with in every way. We had A bond that was unbelievable. I didn’t use the reins-we just read each other. I had 23 beautiful yrs with him thanks to Scott Taylor’s dedication to finding a way. His kindness, brilliance, and care are phenomenal. Best vet ever and a great human being. I will never forget his determination to fix my beautiful black beauty for me.“

“We love love LOVE the team here! When we rescued our senior dog he was in rough shape and our usual vet couldn't get him in even after we explained the situation. Birch Creek got him in immediately and took excellent care of him and went above and beyond. The vet even called us while on vacation to give us lab results! Since then, we've transferred our other two dogs' records there and they are consistently patient, can always get us in if we have something urgent come up, and are so sweet to our three dogs even though they HATE going to the vet and can be difficult little patients while there . The vets and techs there also take their time and make sure all questions are answered and give lots of options and information every appointment. They also walked us through every price point and gave us several options of things there as well. Their bedside manner is so great and we are so thankful we found them! (For the record, we have seen multiple providers here, but usually see Richardson or Klar!)“

“All 3 vets here are lovely people and so good at their jobs. My entire family uses this clinic, and have never had a problem. Our dogs love Kolste, and he’s done a fabulous job of helping our dog with his anxiety. Miller is so attentive and compassionate. Wiedmier was very reassuring when my kitten had a lump, and didn’t dismiss my concerns. We just had 4 kittens neutered and Miller and techs took excellent care of them, and even provided extra support when our boy was feeling a little dumpy after. The techs are incredible too and it makes for a great experience. Good people all around, who will take good care of your pets:)“
