In early 2022, I started taking my elderly cat Lucas to Millcreek Animal Hospital to be treated for kidney failure. Dr Ellis and her wonderful staff helped keep Lucas alive for over three years. Dr Ellis is a brilliant doctor and genuinely loves animals. Just recently, the Executive Director- Sherry took time out of her day to help me set up my automatic pet feeder! She’s an intelligent girl. The staff goes above and beyond. Millcreek Animal Hospital gives outstanding service and I would recommend it to anybody with pets!
I can't thank Dr. Ellis and Nurse Kylee enough for saving my dog, Bob's, life. From the moment we arrived, they treated Bob with incredible compassion, professionalism, and urgency. They kept me informed throughout the process and truly went above and beyond to make sure he received the best possible care.
Their kindness and dedication made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier, and because of them, Bob is still here with us today. I will never forget what they did for him.
