Having to say goodbye to our sweet cat of 18 years was quite difficult, but the staff at Farr West animal hospital was excellent. A shout out to Dr. Godfrey for his kind words and empathy. He showed our family such kindness and compassion through this difficult time. The utmost respect for our sweet cat.
We truly appreciate your support and care during this difficult time. Thank you.
The techs and staff were so kind and empathetic when I had to bring in my dog, Mia, to be euthanized. Their room was prepared with 'Goodbye kisses' for Mia and face wipes for me since I was a crying, babbling baby during this process. They were patient, allowing me the time and space I needed to say 'till later', to my baby.
Later, I received flowers and a card from their whole team sharing their deepest condolences. They helped make an extremely painful event more tolerable.
