I had called around trying to find a veterinarian for my puppy, every other place sounded very nice and helpful. I know some will say “well the good ones were booked for a reason” and that could be but one of them gave me Quail Point’s number and I am so grateful. Everyone was so nice and helpful and I got an appointment in less then a week instead of waiting til August. Would highly recommend!
We have been going to Quail Pointe for 19 years and have had multiple animals cared for by their team. They are always professional, caring and add a little personal touch to each visit. I also appreciate that Dr. Ford takes the time to educate you so you can make an informed decision rather than just throwing medication at the problem. Everyone here was so good to us! We had to say goodbye to our baby dog of 16 years, Mia, a few days ago. From our first phone call to the time we left they comforted us and made us feel well taken care of. We truly felt the care and love they have for animals and their families.
