John came out on a Saturday, within an hour of us calling. He was quick to help us figure out where our leak was coming from. He gave us his bid to do the work, which we thought was a great deal. He did all the work to open the wall and remove all the wet insulation and carpet. Then he hauled it all away! John also helped us navigate the situation while exploring several possibilities for resolution as we weren’t sure if insurance would cover it.John was awesome!
Today I had an AMAZING experience.John, Cisco, and Christian were incredibly professional, clean and knowledgeable. I had an overwhelming project and with a few words they put my mind at ease.Thank you!!!
Edit: Amy called and we came to a solution together. That was very appreciated. Thank you, guys!No value added, and the fact that your name is “Serv”Pro is misleading. The only thing I was served was a pretentious bill of $500 described as “water restoration” on the invoice.John Malone and Christian were great. They came out and did what they were supposed to. I rented a dehumidifier from you guys for a day. That doesn’t equate to $500 to me. Thanks.
