My Besenji Jasper and newest little baby Chihuahua Rain get biweekly deshed treatments keep the hair away or my allergies would not allow me to own the dogs . She keeps their nails nice and rounded. I highly recommend her as she truly is passionate about her work. All Paws has a level of talent iv never seen in any other groomer.“

“Effective business that provides a great location to wash your dog. My rating is based on the following:

1. Utility of each wash station. Each wash station is equiped with a hose that has a hub to change the content of the hose to water, shampoo, oatmeal shampoo, conditioner, etc. there are two harness/collar connection points of you need them as well. The wash stations are elevated so you don't have to hunch over or strain your back when washing as well.

2. Location: Location is easy to access and there's sufficient parking.

3. Building condition: The floors were a well maintained tile-like material that allows you to not worry about getting water everywhere. There was a large padded mat for the animals to use while drying them. The tile and tile steps for the dog are slippery for them and don't provide grip. I had to assist my dog getting up to ensure they didn't slip. The tile also made it slippery for the dog while in the wash area. Still overall a great wash station.

The dryer wind is powerful and concentrated, so I had to protect my dog's ears from direct exposure, and I'd imagine medium-small to small dogs would not appreciate the dryer. When I come back, I'll towel off the sensitive areas of my dog instead.

Overall, it's a great wash station facility that I plan on continuing to use.“

“We are new to dogs that require grooming. We tried several places, but I was always so unsettled by our dog’s reluctance to go in on the second visit. With All Pet, he loves it! Madi is fabulous, and our buddy is always happy to go in to see her. He looks great, and I can tell from his behavior that he has a far better experience here than anywhere in Salt Lake. Definitely worth the drive.“

I can't say enough wonderful things about Jojo’s Pet Palace! From the moment we walked in, my husky and I were treated with such warmth and care. The staff made us feel right at home and clearly love what they do. They were gentle, professional, and genuinely attentive to my pup’s needs.

My husky isn’t the easiest to groom—thick coat, lots of energy—but they handled him with such patience and expertise. When I picked him up, I was blown away. He looked absolutely stunning—clean, fluffy, and happy! He even seemed proud of his fresh look.

It’s clear Jojo’s Pet Palace goes above and beyond for their furry clients and their humans. I’m so grateful for their top-notch care and can’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else. Highly, *highly* recommend!“

“KIND OF A LONG REVIEW.. But a good one...I can't believe I haven't written a review before now.... I have been bringing my dogl Lilly Rose to day care for about 2 1/2 years. Almost daily. She goes crazy once we get off the freeway to wind down the frontage road. Once we're inside, she immediately greets everyone then runs to the door to go play in the back... She loves it!She's been groomed here twice and each time its wonderful. She's short haired so there is no cutting or shaving but she looks so pretty and white and always smells so good.There was a time (before Trina came to Coddled Critters) that I had some issues with management. Nothing terrible and its water under the bridge. Didn't change my mind about the care they give my Lilly girl.Trina and the staff now are on top of their game. You can tell how much they love the animals. They take such good care of my dog. The place is cleaner, smells better, seems more organized and the staff is so friendly.If you're contemplating putting your doggy in day care, or boarding, I highly suggest Coddled Critters. “I read all the reviews and the praise Jackie received for the way she works with cats convinced me I was taking my Penny to the right person. Jackie is the best cat groomer I've ever met. Penny, my scaredy cat, just loved her! Jackie groomed out enough loose fur to make a whole other cat, which must be such a relief for my girl! At home right after, she's calm and happy and affectionate. It's hard to find someone who can really work with cats. I can't recommend Jackie enough.“

“I had been with them for about a year and that's only because I had moved. They have a really great rewards program and customer support line for any issues that may pop up. I had been taking my dog to the groomers regularly and they always do a great job. I highly recommend joining especially when your pup is young and needing all those appointments and vaccinations. Pro tip: they have a cancellation fee for no shows on grooming and vaccination appointments.“
