I had been with them for about a year and that's only because I had moved. They have a really great rewards program and customer support line for any issues that may pop up. I had been taking my dog to the groomers regularly and they always do a great job. I highly recommend joining especially when your pup is young and needing all those appointments and vaccinations. Pro tip: they have a cancellation fee for no shows on grooming and vaccination appointments.

We’ve taken our dog here a few times now and each time we’ve had Sam L. I couldn’t recommend her enough! We have a large dog and sometimes spots get miss but not with Sam! She did an amazing job with him and was so kind and gentle.She is hands down one of our favorites we’ve had and our dog loved her too!Update:We still absolutely love Sam L for grooming our pup but after booking our grooming appointment 7 weeks in advance, they decided to cancel with less than 18h notice and after confirming 3 times via text days and even a week before because they didn’t plan accordingly and basically told us it was my fault so they booked me a random time that I couldn’t...read full review

I have a short haired dog so we don't do hair trimmings but I do like to come here to get my dog nails trimmed. She hates getting her nails trimmed but they always do a great job and get them smooth. I like that they require up to date records for vaccinations.
