I needed a dog tag that could be engraved with name and phone in the store. These were both available, and a nice young man actually worked hard to attach the tag to the new collar.
Casey Helped me make a name tag for my dog. I didn't even know for sure what to put on it and he made several suggestions which I consider very valuable. He went the extra mile and Literally helped me make the tag. I really appreciated his friendliness, his professionalism and the attitude of giving more and making sure the customer has what they need. I love this Petco in West Bountiful and every time I go in there people are considerate willing to help and they make shopping for my animals easier. Thank you so much Casey

Came in looking to get a hamster, Judith was so helpful! You can tell she truly cares for the animals there, she took her time and helped me find the cutest little ROBO hamster who had been at the store for a couple months and was in need of a loving home! She even sent us home with some familiar toys for the hamster (a tissue box, paper towel tube and some small chew toys) she really went above and beyond and I hope she knows her kindness is appreciated and noticed!
