We contacted Servopro Bountiful and Rory was on call. He walked us through our options and offered for Jason (the guy working) to just go inspect the house to see what the damage was. After getting a report back from Jason, we contacted Rory again and told him to have his team get started. They (Rory, Gilbert, Brad and Carlos) came up to house everyday to check the progress and keep us informed of the process.“
