All of the staff are great, but store manager Anna is simply amazing. Store is always spotless, tidy and organized. You can tell she takes pride in her work. She remembers me and greets me by name which is amazing in this day and age of hustle. Anna took the time to help right fit me when I first walked in to the best plan and bed. The 10 minutes in the bed she has recommended has quickly become the best part of my day. I work on Customer Experience and I'd recruit her in a heartbeat. Great store, great beds, amazing staff.

The employees are really friendly, the beds are clean and well maintained, and we can almost always get right in without a wait. Only deducted one star because the employees don't seem to understand the technology or are misinformed.

The absolute best staff and this location keeps all rooms so cleaned and stocked.For those in Saratoga Springs .. come to this location! The rooms are cleaned and all beds and tanning booths are maintained and stocked. The staff here is so helpful and welcoming.
