Joe is very knowledgeable about health and exercise for painful muscles. He is very personable and does a great job in stretch massage I’ve been going to him for a while now and highly recommend him.

Paula is so wonderful!! She has a calming demeanor and cheerful kind nature that melts your stress away just by being around her! I have had back & sciatic pain that is many years old and it has gotten so much better since I’ve been working with her & I’m so grateful! She is truly a blessing!!:)

I have been doing sessions with Paula for the last few months and cannot recommend her enough. A perfect blend of muscle release and relaxation. Her chill island vibe, kind heart and attention to details has made me a regular.
