Melinda the manager just helped me with a tricky return/exchange where the lid of my product malfunctioned. She was the absolute sweetest and I am SO grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and clear explanation of our options. I also asked the staff if I could speak with a manager and they found her ASAP for me. I felt very respected and looked after. This is my new favorite Ulta!!!
Had a great experience with Alaya who helped match me to her recommendation, the bare minerals stick. I was apprehensive at first but it is the exact shade for my pale skin. She is amazing, friendly and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back in the future.
I went into ulta today to spend all my points i’ve spent the last year saving up. the store manager melinda helped me find and pick out the correct shark blow dryer i’ve been wanting. she sat with us for about ten minutes explaining how the dryer will work and the best ways for me to personally get use out of it, and also picked me out a good brush. melinda taking those ten minutes to explain the dryer made the biggest difference in my shopping trip. I honestly wasn’t exactly sure the right way to use it, And I tend to return things due to my user error.
