We've used Artie since we've moved here in 2019. I texted him on a Sunday afternoon and he arrived 7:30 the next morning. Does extremely good work and very reasonable on price. He truly cares about his customers.
Great experience. My unit is old and had some issues, but it turned into a quick fix. He came out super quickly, was super straightforward and honest with me. When the old unit finally, officially bites the dust, I’ll be calling him up again!
Really nice genuine guy. He always talks things over with me, and tells us what he’s thinking is the issue- so we can try to do it ourselves before hiring him to come out. You don’t get many people like that anymore! He’s our go to AC guy now. The time he came out to fix issues- he figured it out right away, and walked through things with us, so we’d know what happened.
