Dr Bartel is a great Dr himself however the staff and the wait times are pretty bad. I guess it’s a sort of pay off for getting an actual doctor that knows his stuff. He’s nice but his team doesn’t seem to care as much. Tried asking a nurse for an estimate on when to come back for results and she walked off and never came back.
Don't ask me, I don't know what is up but I had a 5 star review and I am adjusting to the halfway mark because when I started counting calls it took 13 voicemails to make contact with the text person, which not upset but they didn't say anything about the length of time but it's so long they couldn't find the referral to get the appointment??? So IDK but am I supposed to go back to the primary who referred or how to navigate the issue because seems like very peculiar and casual lack of concern or solution or like a free clue perhaps I don't think I feel worthy but bartel is the only physician I have faith in this county, bad situation because I know 911 isn't taking me...read full review
What a wonderful neurologist that really knows his stuff. Finally getting some help for my son and didn’t turn us away because of a car wreck. Some of these doctors in WF won’t see a patient in pain if injured.
