My young daughter is a patient. I call the main number and it automatically directs me to billing….I didn’t want billing. I call again and after the prompts it drops the call. It did this twice! I couldn’t call one day as it wouldn’t go through. They have major phone line/connection issues that need to be looked at. Almost all the receptionist/customer service help seem to have bad attitudes? The on call Dr gave me mixed advice than what another Nurse Practitioner recommended. I absolutely Love Clinics! From the nice lady that answers the phone to the Amazing staff of Dr. Wolinski! I have been his patient for a couple of years and every visit I am treated like I am his only patient. His staff are Always polite and attentive. My health was bad when I became his patient. He has guided me to better health and wellness. I am forever grateful!
