I recently had to use the walk-in services. The Clinic hours were great! Monday thru Friday hours and they have 2 providers available seeing patients for walk-ins. I was there at 1:00 pm waited just 15 minutes to see a Provider, and on my way home by 1:45pm. The Nurse Practitioner I saw was able to prescribe everything I needed. I love this place!!
I’ve been a patient here for many years and couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of care, knowledge and friendliness of staff and cleanliness of the facility. I come here from out of town rather than the clinic in my home town because it’s worth it! I’m very satisfied and will continue to seek care from this clinic. Nurse Practicioner (whom I call Doctor because she’s THAT good) Gillian Thomas is absolutely wonderful and has helped me get my back pain from sciatica and compressed discs under control. My family and I just love her!
I see Doctor Kabir and he is really nice and always listens to me and my concerns. I have been seeing him for 2 years and that’s the only reason I keep going. Amanda in the pharmacy is rude. I understand having a bad day but every time I talk to her it’s like she doesn’t even want to be there and doesn’t want to help me in anyway. Like today I needed her to send a note to my doctor that I am going out of state for a week and needed to get my medication filled, which my pharmacy had already sent over, and I had to beg her to send him a message saying I was leaving town for a week so I wanted to pick up my medication this morning before I left.
