“Typical VA outpatient clinic. Kiosks down or half working. My first visit, for labs, was scheduled for 9:10. I rescheduled and walked out at 9:29. Waste my time, I'll waste yours.My rescheduled labs appointment went better the second time around.Time will tell how efficient they are regarding appointments. Until then, 2 stars.UPDATE. 4*. Good to see this location straight up remove the broken kiosks for check in. Good front desk service compared to last year. Better attitudes all around including my own. Keep up the good work WFVAC.“
