“Although we've always had a positive experience at VSNT, yesterday we had an exceptional experience as a result of our interactions with Kimberly at the front desk, along with Dr. Rodriguez, who both went above and beyond. After receiving alarming news about a suspicious mass we found on our dog Thursday evening, we were told to see our oncologist immediately.

We arrived at VSNT yesterday morning without a scheduled appointment and Dr. Rodriguez graciously agreed to work our dog into his already busy schedule. Kimberly was so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding and kept us in the loop the entire time. Dr. Rodriguez provided us with the information we needed to proceed and went out of his way to accommodate us despite the fact we are not considered a patient of his.

I truly appreciate VSNT. Dr. Cook, Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Wilson, Brittany, Kim, and Sydney, along with all of the receptionists at the front desk have been absolutely amazing to work with. “Our fur baby had been dealing with an eye infection for over a month. We went to his vet twice regarding the issue, which was addressed both times but with no improvement. Dr. Cichocki saw him and thoroughly explained what was going with him. He provided us with different options and the pros and cons of each option. With the option that we chose, we could see improvement that same afternoon. His eyes were close to his baseline by day 3. We are so glad that we went to Dr. Cichocki!“

“I absolutely love this clinic! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with the care of our fur babies.
We have been coming here for 4 almost 5 years. They have taken care of our fruit basket (dogs) plus our foster pups! The front desk and techs are just so sweet and they take the extra time to care and get to know our pets and their quirks. They are super easy to get an appointment and are quick for pain med and trazadone refills.
Dr. Minnerly is also so great. He is thorough in his testing and does what is best for the pet. He also prints out educational information for the us so we can better understand that condition or issue our pet currently has.
They have fair and reasonable pricing as well. Compared to other clinics they are on the lower end for services (especially surgery).
I tripped and fell one day after picking up our cat and they were so nice and drove me to the urgent care and held onto our cat for the night due to not being able to transport her.
Also this is beside the point but they sell some amazing smelling candles.“

“I took my pet here because it was close to my house. I had good service at the time it wasn’t busy. They allow people to walk in basis which is good.
However, in the vet area it didn’t look that clean a lot of pet fur on the ground.
My pet had no fleas upon coming there. And like few days ago I noticed my pet itching more and I looked in there fur and one pet had brought home fleas to my other pet as well. Anyways so beware your pet can come back with fleas and I am treating them now. The pricing was high cost as well I called around and there was others less expensive but further away so you pay for the convenience. ?‍♀️“
