The team, including Dr. Dove and Dr. Martin, is known for their genuine concern and fondness for animals, making visits about the pets rather than upselling services. Overall, Boat Club Road Animal Hospital is a caring and reliable veterinary clinic that prioritizes the health and happiness of pets and their owners.
Dr. Louisa Martin, the owner of BCRAH, has been our veterinarian for approximately 12 years. Her experience with the medical idiosyncrasies of sight hounds has been invaluable. Dr. Martin has been selective in hiring staff and additional veterinarians. All of the staff members over the years have been knowledgeable, professional and genuinely compassionate in their care of our pets.
Wow! This is the first time in many, many years that I’ve had positive results for something as simple as a trim. I’ve got three GSDs and for years it was stressful and unpleasant. I’m guessing it’s because of the breed, but Dr. Dove and Kat have shown it can be done stress free and safely. I’m glad I was referred by my neighbor.
Dr. Hollers and Dr. Carolina Dove at BCRAH were full of knowledge, love, advice and care for our cat. They took their time to explain everything, walk us through the process of what we needed to do to make her feel better as quickly as possible. We felt heard and appreciated during our visit. Will definitely continue to bring our animals here.
