We brought our dog Wally there for the first time from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Everyone was so courteous, professional, and caring from the receptionist medical assistant doctor. They took their time. They explained everything to us. They were gentle with our dog and this was a free visit and that didn't matter to them. They took care of him, even though it was a free visit we highly recommend them. They were all wonderful. You won't be disappointed. we will be bringing our Wally there from now on. if we could give them more than five stars, we would definitely do that.
