Many clients appreciate the courteous and efficient staff, who are calming to nervous animals and make the experience easier for pet owners. The team is known for their genuine love for animals and their ability to handle emergencies with care and professionalism.
Always the best. Dr. Cass, Dr. Heinrich and the whole staff genuinely care. They have been reasonably priced for years, and the service is always the best you can get. Between my mother and I , we have probably had fifteen animals as patients of this team over the years. We would never imagine trusting our fur families to anyone else.
We love dr Cass. She is the very best veterinarian I've ever met. Her bedside manner is outstanding! She is a healer of animals, large and small. I'm so happy she's in my life!
I’ve been going to westcliff since 2011 when they were at their old location. They have come a long way since then. From a location that was barely updated to a new location that is updated but on a busy street. Either way would suffice seeing as how they treat their clients and animals. They could see me in a cardboard box and I’d still be pleased because of the results. Their staff is kind and thorough. And when you have a dog on a forever med they are Johnny on the spot with refills. Thanks for everything!
