“First time visiting this place, in fact, first time to a Vet Hospital and I was blown away by the great customer service they gave, from the front desk to the nursing assistant to the Doctor. When he walked in, he just came in the room and sat on the floor. My dogs were all over him and he was so wonderful. It was amazing to see the patience and care that he gave to both dogs. I have never seen anything like it. They gave them treats and really got them comfortable. I'm sorry, but I didn't remember his name because I was mesmerized by his act of kindness.
