CityVet | West 7th is a local full-service veterinarian clinic. The staff and veterinarian were helpful, friendly, and super nice. They listened to concerns and took time to make pets feel comfortable and loved. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The office and rooms were immaculate and clean. The front office staff was welcoming. One technician was patient and helpful. Pets were spoiled with treats during their vaccine and nail trim. The experience was amazing and very impressive. Pricing is another plus. The staff is polite. It is the best vet one has been to. Clients will definitely be back and recommend CityVet on West 7th. It is the perfect place for anyone looking.
Very Positive Experience!!! We were seen quickly for a severe ear infection. Everyone was professional, caring and kind. They took extra care and time with my dog. All procedures and costs were explained before they started and options were presented along the way!!
Dr Arnoff has treated all five of our pups. I wouldn't trust their care to anyone else. I know he is treating my pups like he would treat his own pups. We drive all the way from Midlothian to have him treat our babies. I highly recommend him and this clinic.
Took Boris and Oliver to CityVet today because they got a bad case of the summer itchies. After medicated baths and some steroids, these two are doing better than ever. On top of that, they even got their nails trimmed (don’t try this at home!). The whole team went above and beyond today, but I’d like to single out Nicole. Nice work CityVet!! The boys will be back!!
