Our daughter passed away and we were so very distraught and unprepared for the financial issues losing an adult loved one we would face. Jenna and Bill took us step by step through the funeral and the additional step of moving our other older daughter to be laid to rest next to our youngest daughter. They were compassionate as they helped us through the process.
Then after the funeral the After Care service was so incredibly important to assist us in processing all the necessary paperwork and playing intermediaries for us when needed.
