“This is the 3rd funeral I’ve had within a year but the 1st time using Serenity. I must say from past experience with funeral homes in Dallas and Fort Worth this was the best experience I’ve ever had. 1st impression my aunt called and the daughter answered and my aunt immediately got a vibe that she was sweet and just a good person. So I then called and felt the same thing after 1 conversation over the phone. They were accommodating and met with me near a location that worked for me best so I didn’t have to drive. Adrian was amazing. He listened to me and my daughter for what our idea was and he didn’t immediately talk about number even though let be honest, it’s a business and that’s important. But he listened to us and assured us they can be accommodating. He made my kids laugh and made the process not as painful as all the other funeral homes that I have worked with. Once he gave us a set price he didn’t go back and change it even after we made changes. Our obituary was perfect, they even upgraded the size to make sure it was perfect without charging extra. Adrian’s beautiful wife, was so pleasant and warm, I just absolutely love her!! The funeral, the location, everything about our services has been nothing but the best. Not one complaint. I absolutely love this family and they really do care. They are genuinely good people who are in this business because of the love to help people… nothing more. You can’t go wrong with them and I will forever be thankful for Serenity!!!“
