I was hesitant to use Serenity after reading some of the reviews but I am glad that I chose them for my mom’s final arrangements but after the first call to obtain information I knew Serenity was the right choice. Adrian and another gentleman arrived to pick her up, as she had passed at home, Adrian offered to pray with my sister, my son and me. I liked that he asked as not everyone would have wanted to pray. My son is neurodivergent, I called him in to have a moment with his Gamma. Adrian and the gentleman walked out and allowed him to have a private moment. They didn’t rush him at all.
