This is the 3rd funeral I’ve had within a year but the 1st time using Serenity. I must say from past experience with funeral homes in Dallas and Fort Worth this was the best experience I’ve ever had. 1st impression my aunt called and the daughter answered and my aunt immediately got a vibe that she was sweet and just a good person. So I then called and felt the same thing after 1 conversation over the phone. They were accommodating and met with me near a location that worked for me best so I didn’t have to drive. Serenity is one of the best funeral homes I've ever encountered hands down. Mr Green and his family are very professional,caring and loving people. They did my grandmother's funeral in 2020 and they did My Brother's funeral this year. I am well pleased with how they handle everything so much love ❤️

I love how people post negative reviews that contain lies and have no merit. I bet none of them can produce any evidence to back this up. Don't take the negative bait folks. Meet this family then decide for yourself. I'm sure Serenity has plenty of receipts so folks should be careful.I love this family I know they genuinely care about people and try to work with all families regardless of their financial situation. They have even given gifts to families free of charge like pins with their loved ones' picture on them.When I see hateful reviews with personal attacks or blatant lies being told on them it's hurtful.
