I had such a great experience at Waco Eye Associates! The staff was friendly, Dr. Harkins and his assistant Tina was thorough and took time to explain everything, and the office was clean and organized. I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Shutt is a great doctor. He is informative and will illustrate the issue, if need for my understanding. I have been his patient since he came to Waco. His nurses over the years have been friendly and do their job efficiently. The office staff are helpful. I had an infection recently and they scheduled me when he requested, for my follow-up appointments.

In my 30+ years of life I have Always been told I would Only ever wear glasses do to “severe stigmatism” by many many eye doctors over my life time. I do have pretty bad stigmatism but Doctor Liu and staff made one of my dreams come true today. Being able to wear contacts! Thank you to this caring and amazing team. You can Truly see and feel that you actually Love your job and it’s not just a paycheck for you. I pray many blessings upon you and yours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
