I arrived at the hospital at 11:17 last Saturday morning with a very low pulse rate. By 1:15 several tests had been run, Dr. Attai had consulted with me and advised that I would be getting a pacemaker and I was rolling down the hall to the OR -- two hours after arrival! I was amazed. He dismissed me the next morning and I left the hospital at 11:18 AM. I had a follow-on visit with him yesterday (Thursday) and he advised that everything looked good, but some med changes would be done. He also saw that I had a Monday afternoon appointment and said they were not going to make me drive across town again that soon and got me into the Pacemaker Clinic that morning. Have been going to Waco Cardiology Associates for over 25 years. I have been very happy with their services. My current cardiologist, Dr Skeen and his PA, Amy Mercer are great people. The entire practice is courteous and professional.
