Waco Cardiology Cath Lab is a highly recommended medical facility known for its experienced and professional staff. Patients have praised the warm and gracious reception, as well as the exceptional care provided by the nurses and doctors, including Dr. Skeen and Dr. Barbin. The facility offers efficient and thorough examinations, with patients reporting minimal wait times and feeling at ease throughout their visits. Overall, Waco Cardiology Cath Lab is recognized for its excellent medical care and exceptional patient experience.
No problems with hands-on patient care however their patient portal needs serious attention. My portal has not been updated in several months and they seem unable or unwilling to respond promptly to queries posted to the portal. If Waco Cardiology Associates lack the internal resources to effectively use the patient portal they should shut it down and post a message to that effect on their web page so that patients won't waste their time looking for data that's not there and awaiting responses to queries.
Rave goes out to everyone at Waco Cardiology, those who took great care of me, they treated with dignity, they put my mind at ease, made me real comfortable and explained all I was going through therefore surgery was a success.! Thank you Dr Skeen and his staff, the warm and gracious receptionist Kimberly, nurses Kristin, Phillip, and the bestest- Andrew, They talked to me and got me relaxed so that my anxiety was to a minimum. Great professional care, they definitely know their stuff.Thank you thank you for a job well done.......
My first appointment was with Dr. Barbin. I had pre checked in and signed in at the front desk. I hadn't been waiting no more than 3 minutes and I was called to the examining room. The nurse checked me and soon Dr. Barbin came in. After questioning me he ordered an EKG, a monitor for a month and echo gram. I was in and out no later than 40 minutes. I found everyone friendly, efficient and professional. I feel I am in good hands at Waco Cardiology.
