Our fridge busted last week, and due to where we live, the fridge shut-off valve was corroded and needed to be replaced ASAP. I put a request in Sunday night, and someone called to get a tech out by 9:30 AM Monday morning. James was great. He gave us the extra price breakdown and options on what we can do to make it easier for us. He was efficient, communicative, and extremely helpful when we tacked on another job that needed to be completed too. The pricing was reasonable with the amount of labor and parts it took since it is an older home and we were on a time crunch. We are grateful for their quick service and care! I will use them again for sure!
Allen is the best! I had a water leak at the meter on my property. He explained the problem and kept me apprised of changes and updates. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. He worked fast and was efficient.
Great job, Allen!
