“This place is amazing! My poor baby dog Ari got murdered by my neighbor. He shot her 6 times. Our life got turned upside down. We never been through this or know what to do. The cops were involved we had to wait to get her body because it was a crime scene. When we were able to get her body we were " what do we do" So the morning I called around several places and no help. So I called A Plus Cremation and Chris the owner. Was Don't worry I'm sending someone right now to get her and I will work with you!! Just like that. My heart and family so great full for this place. They help us so much. And now she home with us!! I give them 10 starts!! If I could. Please if you needing cremation. Come here they will take good care of you!!“

“Preparing a funeral for a loved one is never an easy task. Before my grandfather passed, I was advised by the hospice nurse to look for a funeral home ahead of time. This was the first time I've experienced a death in the family, let alone arrange a funeral. We were given a list of local funeral homes from our social worker and began the search. We knew beforehand that funerals are costly, so we had a budget in mind. We wanted a good price, but also from a reputable place. I called multiple places and the options were either "the place was not great" or it was "way above our budget." After becoming a bit discouraged, I came across Ramsey Funeral Home. It was a little further out (about 30 mins) since we are located in Cedar Park, but the facility and reviews looked solid so we took a chance. When I called Ramsey Funeral Home, they gave me a lot of information about the funeral home process. As this was my first time, I had no clue what to do, but the phone representative was beyond helpful and gave me all the information I needed to start my online profile. I was a bit overwhelmed by everything so I called back and started working with Monica from Ramsey. She was amazing as well. I asked so many questions and called her multiple times, yet she was so patient and happily gave me the best options/prices for my situation. The prices were VERY fair and affordable and did not compromise quality either. Monica even contacted me after hours and I was so appreciative of that. She was a pleasure to work with.We visited Ramsey Funeral Home after we finished our contract, we were very impressed with how clean and nice the facility looked.When we met Mr. Ramsey, he had a positive energy and made the environment very comfortable. We had a burial plot for my grandfather, so he called the cemetery on our behalf to make sure we were all good to go. He even called social security for us and gave us great recommendations for other funeral costs. Note that these recommendations did not benefit his funeral home, but he made sure that we got the financial options. We thought that was very honorable of him. He is honestly such a nice human being.On the day of the funeral, the facility had a comfortable vibe even though the circumstances were grim. Mr. Ramsey gave us his condolences at the funeral home as well at the cemetery where my grandfather was laid to rest.I want to thank Ramsey Funeral Home, Mr. Ramsey, Monica and all the associates that worked with us. Thank you all so much for making this was smooth experience for me and my family. We apprecite everything you've done for us during this heartbreaking process.“
