“I love this place. I have been taking my 3 dogs here for around 7 years. The staff is friendly and patient with my little ankle biters. They take great notes so they know how I like my dogs hair cut. All I have to do is call and make the appt. The dogs always look great. They also take great care of my dogs while waiting for their cuts. They take them on potty breaks and give them snacks. I've never had an issues with nics or cuts. That was a huge problem I had with my past groomer. The facility is clean and the prices are great (that's important to me cause I have 3 fluffs). I'll never take my dogs anywhere else.“

“Our husky was going on his 3rd birthday and hadn’t been successfully groomed yet! He isn’t typically an aggressive dog, but when it came to getting him groomed it was impossible. After being so discouraged we came across Crystal’s gentle grooming and she reassured us that she could take care of him. From start to finish she was very attentive! Booking the appointment was easy. As nervous as we were to transition him into the shop, he gave us no issues! Throughout the service we received video and picture updates and he did great the entire time! She took her time and because of her patience he showed zero aggression, even when she had to work his sensitive areas! The 40 minute drive was definitely worth the time and her prices reasonable for the effort she shows! Military discounts available! She did such a good job, he didn’t want to leave! Our pup is happy and we are too! We will be bringing him regularly now! Thank you Crystal!!“

“Took our Shih Tzu there for the first time. She was SO happy when we got there. The employees where really nice and open about Cookies experience and time there. I love that they have an OPEN concept. Where you walk in and can see them grooming the pets right in front. We got a hair cut, nails cut, anal gland cleaning, and tooth cleaning. For a long time I was doing the grooming myself because I tend to be very nervous about who I leave my dog with. I'm glad I found this place because I got to a point my dog was not letting me touch her paws and her nails needed cutting real bad. They did a great job all around, she was clean and her hair cut is even and exactly what we asked for. Her nails are the perfect length now. They also added the cutest little bow to her! I know they treated her well because she was so happy when we arrived and I know my dog will get depressed if left around the wrong people. So glad she's okay and so happy with the job they did!“

“I visit my cousins here from out of town and when I come I try to help out with little stuff and taking our poodle Blue to get groomed. Sometimes grooming passes them by but today when I was calling over 10 places and no one would take in our poodle, Unique grooming did and with open arms! Incredibly understand and our Blue loved them! Taking a small matted senior dog is a risky move but then accepted the challenge and Blue looks amazing.“
