Based on the reviews, the staff at UT Health East Texas Cardiac Plaza is always friendly and courteous, from the ladies at the front counter to the doctors and nurses. The doctors are thorough, analytical, and calming. The nursing staff is always on top of medications and appointments, and they are friendly and caring. Procedures and rationale are explained in laymen’s terms. However, the “My Chart” version can be very frustrating and does not work as well as others. Overall, it is a great bunch of professionals, and the level of care is impressive.
The staff is always friendly and courteous from the ladies at the front counter to the doctors and nurses my doctor. Dr. Frank, Navetta is always thorough and keep me informed of what is going on and what to expect next I highly recommend this facility.
Great first time visit. Cynthia was wonderful at check in sharing her great sense of humor and easing any tension of a first timer. And Dr. Brent Davis was calming, attentive and concerned about my health.
Dr. Smith was my cardiologist. Now it's Dr. Pachica both great Cardiologist the nursing staff is always on top of my Medications and appointments. Great bunch of professionals!
