About UT Health East Texas Cardiac Plaza in Tyler
Based on the reviews, the staff at UT Health East Texas Cardiac Plaza is always friendly and courteous, from the ladies at the front counter to the doctors and nurses. The doctors are thorough, analytical, and calming. The nursing staff is always on top of medications and appointments, and they are friendly and caring. Procedures and rationale are explained in laymen’s terms. However, the “My Chart” version can be very frustrating and does not work as well as others. Overall, it is a great bunch of professionals, and the level of care is impressive.
The facility was a very nice facility very conveniently located for my situation. Staff and workers were exceptionally nice and receptive. Not as positive about my new doctor experience, but probably because he just didn’t research my reason for being there or checking my chart beforehand. I was there on a referral and you would think that he would have known why. But I don’t give up that easy I will be back and hopefully the next experience will be more positive on the doctor part of it. Thank you for being there and for serving others.
Very professional clean people wonderful I really and they help you feel warm and appreciated and always come out with more knowledge than when I came in with to this thanks I give specials to my doctor and the whole staff for all the help that I've received so far.
The staff is always friendly and courteous from the ladies at the front counter to the doctors and nurses my doctor. Dr. Frank, Navetta is always thorough and keep me informed of what is going on and what to expect next I highly recommend this facility.
