Dewayne came out to our home the day after the hail storm we had in Tyler and walked us through the whole process. After they met with our insurance adjuster we were given a claim and had our new roof put on today! Thanks Dewayne!
The best company I have encountered, in past 10 years Ive been in East Texas. On Super Bowl Sunday, the hail storm broke out one of our Skylights. I called several roofing companies in Tyler, no one answered the phone, but when I called East Texas Roofers no only did they answer, but came over within 15 minutes, and gladly fixed our problem. We were the 5th roof, he was headed to Van after us, giving up his Super Sunday to help his community. They have my business from now on, they are honest and do whats best for the customer.
River came out the day after the hail storm and called my insurance agent and stream lined the entire process for me! So thankful for the guys out at East Texas Roof Works & Sheetmetal can't wait to get this roof on!
