During a recent hospital stay I could not have been any more pleased with the staff or the handling of my situation. From the ER where I was brought in to, all the way through the Heart Hospital experiences the level of care and service was absolutely excellent. The entire staff in every department was very knowledgeable as well as very friendly. Every single employee during my entire journey seemed to enjoy what they were doing and sincerely cared about getting me the help I needed. The teamwork that I witnessed was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler to anyone needing first class care.
I can't say enough about the care I received while I had an unexpected ICU visit and then to the floor after several days in ICU. The amount of compassion was beyond any experience I have had at Christis and there have been many. The nurses on BT ICU amd the nurses on DT for room 380..I think med surg...we're absolutely 💯 % on their game amd we're so professional. I honestly cannot express my deepest praises that these nurses had for me and always seemed genuinely sincere.
