Even though they were not able to repair my brand new Xbox. These guys were great. They tried everything they could to get me up and going. It was an Xbox. I bought two years ago for Christmas. But never used it until recently. And it wouldn’t even come on. Then the warranty company showed me a warranty and told me everything would be covered. Anyway, kudos to DJ for really trying to fix my problem. You have a really good team in the store.
I had a dead screen computer that I took in for them to look at. All the employees were very nice and extremely helpful. Even after I yelled at them on the phone, they continued to be professional and kind. :) It took two weeks, but they got it up and running and did not charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend them! Riley knows his stuff!
