“Even though they were not able to repair my brand new Xbox. These guys were great. They tried everything they could to get me up and going. It was an Xbox. I bought two years ago for Christmas. But never used it until recently. And it wouldn’t even come on. Then the warranty company showed me a warranty and told me everything would be covered. Anyway, kudos to DJ for really trying to fix my problem. You have a really good team in the store.”
