All members of the Maddox team were very responsive. The onsite tech was a great example of strong customer service and worked with my wife and me patiently to ensure we understood the impact of the surge on our HVAC system and the repairs that were needed. As Maddox has became a household name in East Texas, customers have sought us out for other solutions such as electrical, plumbing and building automation. After some time, Maddox Air Conditioning was officially renamed Maddox Residential and Commercial Services in order to accommodate our other offerings.
