I had an overflowing pipe in my house that was flooding my kids room. My warranty company sent out 2 different techs to try to fix the issue, both were no help whatsoever and refused to do the work required to fix it. So I called prime time directly for help. Not only did they fix the issue but they were easy to work with, extremely helpful, and did a very professional job! They will be the first on my list to call next time.
