“This place is awesome. My dog is usually overly excited when going out place, once he steps into the office, he is the most well behaved and calm. The staff are very intuitive with him, I can tell the great chemistry. Also a few months back, I need to get a last minute vaccine and they said just bring our dog in without an appointment and the tech gave it too him with no problem. If I didn't live 45 minutes away I would bring him everyday to pop and just say. Hi. From the technicians to the Docs, this place is absolutely the best vet from Chicago to Texas. “Dr. Suh and his staff were amazing!! He is caring and compassionate and I was so impressed with him and his staff.Our dog is 17 and she is struggling, but he was compassionate and explained her situation without being demeaning. He didn’t try to do tests that were unnecessary to just charge us and went beyond by helping us with understanding what she needed. He even cleaned her eyes for us.I honestly would’ve paid the bill twice for what he helped us with. He is the best vet I’ve ever experienced. I recommend him and his practice to everyone!“
“I am currently temporarily fostering a dog, and they have helped me and the pup out so much. Helped gave me antibiotics to help his ear infection. If it wasn’t for the tender care of the staff members, and the proper diagnostic from the vet, poor baby would have been suffering from irritation.“

“Love Dr Kim and his staff! I came from Banfield where the wait was an hour long and so chaotic. His practice is calm and quiet and I've never had to wait more than 10 min for him to attend to all my dogs. He's so gentle and sweet with them. My dogs have a lot of anxiety at the vets but over the past year of doing to Dr. Kim, they are much more relaxed and less stressed. He takes his time to be thorough about diagnosing and takes into account the dog's temperament when prescribing meds, ie injectable antibiotics bc one of my dogs is crazy and won't take pills.“

“Dr. Bowe was the surgeon who repaired a broken femur on my then 3yr old dog, while he was in the care of a rescue. I went back to him 8 years later, when his hip was bothering him, and not only he remembered him and had all his records. After X-Rays there wasn’t anything he could do surgery wise, so he gave me recommendations to manage his discomfort plus prescribed some meds. After a few weeks of doing what he said my dog regain use of his hip and has been doing great since.A month agYears eve, my dog had bloody diarrhea and we had to take him to an emergency vet. To my surprise, Dr. Bowe called on the first business day, and left me a message saying he was notified of our ER visit and was calling to check on my dog to see if he was doing better or if he needed something else. I was floored he took the time to call personally.Dr Bowe is a very experienced, kind, caring and professional Vet, and I’m so grateful and lucky to have gone back to his practice. Yes, getting a same day appointment is very unlikely ( same situation with PCP’s for humans!) so for emergencies I take my dog to Urgent Vet in Prosper, and see Dr. Bowe for yearly checks and issues related to his hip or overall wellbeing. That’s the combo that works for us because I know I won’t get his level of care anywhere else, and I trust him wholeheartedly for my dog.“
