The entire staff are the most wonderful and caring people and do everything they can to help get you an appointment quickly and treat you like their best customer when you arrive. Been going to 121 Animal Hospital to see Dr. Ali and his staff for over 20 years now. Won't go anywhere else. We're on our 3rd and 4th rescues and whether it's a simple checkup or the worst, in having to part with your best friend, they've always helped us through the good and the bad.
Dr Z is phenomenal! His knowledge, patience, and empathy is commendable. Missy is such a Nervous Nelly and he makes her (and us!) so comfortable the entire time. He puts forth his expert options and always considers and respects our opinions/ choices.
The front office is also such a pleasure to work with- they are polite, kind, professional, and efficient.
