We used Staas plumbing to come figure out what was causing wet spots on our floor. Scotty came out and quickly figured out what was causing the leaks. Scotty was very good at his job, professional, and friendly. We will definitely use Staas plumbing the next time we have a plumbing problem.

Been using Staas Plumbing for years, in Waco and Temple both. This call was to replace outside faucets that had deteriorated over time, and check the drainage from our washer. Setting up the appointment was super easy, and the plumber showed up right on time, not always the case with some contractors.The outside replacements took all of about 10 minutes, and the drainage issue was resolved with minimum problem. That issue could have been spun into something major, but the fix (and $$) were kept to just what needed doing, no "add on because the homeowner doesn't know any better". Staas did extensive work for us a few months ago. They ran the gas lines to our new generator. This was a big project, the lines had to be run under the house from the meter (we are on a pier & beam foundation), and then via a trench from the house to the generator. The trench was dug by hand to avoid damage to sprinkler lines and a sewer drainage pipe. Additionally, they replaced our grinder pump. Not your everyday plumbing work but they handled it in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner. Highly recommend!
