“I'm not sure what is going on with the low reviews, but personally I had a great first time experience here. The facility was very clean, spacious, well organized, and had refreshments in the lobby if you're in need of one. I didn't have to wait either since I had an appt and they just put me in a room immediately when I walked in with my pup. Dr. Lee and his staff were very nice and professional in taking care of my dog. Dr. Lee spent a good amount of time going over possible diagnosis and treatment plans in detail as well as cost. The clinic I usually go to has no appt available, and my dog was vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. I was hesitant bringing him to another clinic that may potentially cost me an arm and a leg. I took the risk coming here because I wanted to make sure my baby gets treated ASAP. They are upfront of the charges before they do anything, as I do understand some vet clinics can put a heavy price on their services (at the end of the day it's still a business) but I think their prices are reasonable compared to a lot of places. My dog is doing much better now thanks to VCA! Give this place a chance, I would highly recommend it!“

“Revival has been the best experience we could ever ask for with regard to training our dog. We have used them for private training, drop-off day training, board and train, and simple boarding. They are professional, thoughtful, and patient. Even when dealing with a (at times) difficult dog with complex issues, like reactivity, they have helped us make so much positive progress. “Ms Eva and her son did a fantastic job with my sweet Suzie’s official grooming after bladder surgery. They were so patient, gentle, and attentive to her needs, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. “Shelby is the BEST!!! My dog Ollie has serious resource guarding issues (specifically with food) and reactivity toward other dogs in public places. I reached out to Beyond the Dog after an especially scary incident between Ollie and the other dog in my home. Shelby helped me understand the signs of resource guarding, how to mitigate the chance of altercations occurring, and also did training/obedience techniques with Ollie that has made him so much more manageable at home. Ollie is also a “velcro dog” with separation anxiety, so it’s been tough to find someone that Ollie trusts and is comfortable with. Shelby was so patient with Ollie and I was so impressed to see how quickly Ollie took to her and he actually looks forward to their sessions! Shelby has also helped address his reactivity in public places. Before, he would pull on his leash on walks and would bark at almost every dog we saw on the street. Ollie now walks right next to me on walks and doesn’t bark or pull when he sees other dogs. I can’t recommend beyond the dog and Shelby enough!“

“Chloe is a 4 months old miniature dachshund and a full of energy dog. Valerie was great with her, with simple commands we were able to change some bad behaviors and we started crate training. Chloe and us had fun while learning from Valerie. We really recommend Smarty Paws Dog Training as it improved our relationship with our pet.“

“Alejandro really took the time to understand my dog and the dynamics within my household. He provided effective methods to elicit the good behaviors that make my dog a great part of the family. He showed me how to understand the body language of my dog to be able to understand their state of mind in a given situation which has in turn improved my handling of the dog and that leads to more relaxed enjoyable walks.“

“This was my 3rd time my dogs have stayed here. I received lots of pics while they were there. The facility is very clean, all the dogs seem happy, and well behaved. I really don't worry about them there. Natalie also groomed, and bathed them. They looked, and smelled, good.“

“Memorial/Bellaire Pet Lodge has been great for our pup and we started using them about 6 months ago for boarding and some daycare. The booking online is easy and getting a hold of someone for questions when switching to them was so easy. The cherry on top is that they post pictures everyday so we get status updates.

“My husband and I recently had to take our beloved cat Henry here because he had some serious issues and unfortunately we couldn’t save him, but the staff here were so supportive and compassionate about the whole situation, I’m thankful for people like these who actually care about our fur babies. Thank you for everything you did for my beautiful cat Henry.“

“Outstanding staff and doctors! I’d just gotten to town with a new cat who immediately developed diarrhea. Even though I’d never been here before, the staff was able to get her in to be seen almost immediately! The facility was very clean and staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even got my cats records transferred from out of town right then!!

The doctors and assistants were very kind and patient with my girl, and took the time to explain what was wrong and answered all my questions. I left with medicine and a swag bag welcoming us to town. Top notch all the way.

“Pet Services did right by my Shih Tzu puppy. He smells amazing and he and I are both feeling his fresh cut lol. Jeremy took his time and paid attention to my fur baby’s needs; since this was a fairly new experience for him. When it’s all said and done, we will be back!!!!!!!“

“Tail to Tail (Christine and Toni) took on a stray dog we rescued from the streets and transformed this sweet but large and strong dog into a well behaved and obedient dog. She sits, stays in place, walks nicely on a leash, has been tested positively with cats and also now knows how to play with other dogs. We could not be more delighted with the transformation of Daisy Mae. In addition to training Daisy Mae, they trained us on how to work with her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!“

“We got our beautiful Luna as a puppy and didn't realize how much she (and we) would struggle with her anxiety, vigilance, and toilet training as she got older. Tori was a word-of-mouth recommendation from a friend and we are very happy we went with her! She got Luna house broken, eliminated destructive anxiety behaviors, and helped us get a handle on how to walk her and interact with her better in our home/neighborhood through regular home visits. Highly recommend!“

“I picked my mom’s, soon to be 16 years old papillon-Bella, up from Tanglewood Animal Hospital. They were closing at 6pm and I knew I wouldn’t make it there in time with traffic. The staff understand and were still open when I arrived 10 minutes after closing.
Bella has been getting a lime bath here to help with her skin suddenly scaling. The staff are so gentle with her and the lime bath seems to really help her skin, so she doesn’t look like a snake about to shed new skin.“

“I’ve used both Chanel and Jeni is the past to groom my dogs. Today I called and asked Jeni could she squeeze in my 6 month old Scottish Terrier, and she had no problem getting her in. I dropped my baby off at 8:30am and was extremely nervous because she had never been groomed, and she’s pretty assertive when it comes to being handled. Walked in and facility was very neat, smelled nice , and had curb appeal per usual. When I arrived to pick up my baby JENI DID AMAZING! I asked for a modified Scottie cut and Jeni Delivered. Her lines were so neat and blended. Jeni and my pup had become best-friends. If you are looking for quality grooms with friendly and convenient service 100% recommend!!!! “This is a very Loving and Caring place to take your babies. We have had 2 of our babies there and they Love it. The staff really cares and always keeps you informed and your babies receive pawgress reports with pictures after every visit. We have a rescue baby that has been there since May, and he loves the staff and they love him. They really take good care of him. “I have been taking my boys to Super Paws for about 3-4 years and ive had nothing to good experiences with the staff!

Whenever i leave my boys, they dont even try to say bye to me, they just go strait to where the other dogs are! That just proves they always have fun there.
