“I joined Rilion Gracie at 60 years old with no previous martial arts experience. My thought was to get a good cardio workout while learning some skills. They are very patient and give a lot of individual time to you, even in a full class. “I would like to leave a review after my children had Martial Arts classes at Tiger Rock. My first child took his Martial Arts class starting from the White belt to the Black belt while my little one started her class from a Tigercub class and built her way up to the Blue belt.

I do not regret to have my children taking Martial Arts here because Tiger Rock does not only give self-defence lessons but they also teach students to be discipline, compassionate and respect themselves and others. “My children have been attending the KSW of Richmond for over 10 years. My oldest son is a Black Belt; his younger brothers hold Brown Belts. They love Mr. Robert and the Kuk Sool Won martial art, which is very comprehensive and involves effective techniques using both the upper and lower body. In addition to learning weapons, it teaches valuable life skills.

I have also practiced martial arts my entire life, holding two black Belts and one brown belt in other martial arts, and I can confidently say that Kuk Sool Won is a well-rounded martial art that can be practiced by individuals of all ages, from young children to seniors.
